    The Central Library is housed in a separate three-storied library building named 'Saraswat Bhawan' with immense textual and non-textual reading material in a variety of documents concerned with different subjects. In addition to the general and reference books (53100), the collection also covers sufficient periodicals (221 current + 4720 back volumes), reports (1240), conference proceedings, statistics, and audio-visual material CDs/ CD Databases. The library has reading room, Xerox, back sets of journals, consultation of theses and dissertations, old newspapers, inter-library loan, select bibliographical services and OPAC.
