    It's not as great as expected from a national level institute, the students are required to search for placement opportunities and conversion is a tricky part as most opportunities don't meet the payscale expectations of the students. A large number of companies visiting the campus for MBAs offer BD roles, so people with a major in marketing have a greater chance of being placed comparatively.
    Eligibility - Graduation (60%) in any discipline.
    Valid CAT / GMAT score.
    It's a wise option to opt for, considering the ROI.

    Batch of 16-18 has had better placements than the previous batch with more than 50% placements. However the placements at NIT depend on the efforts of placement cell and committee. The eligibility is a CGPA of 7.5. The fee at NITK is very nominal when compared to the same course at counterpart institutes.

    Batch 2016-18 is 50% placed as of now with an average package of 6 LPA. ROI is good.
