How is the MBA program for Family Managed Business offered by institutes such as SP Jain , NMIMS and Welingkars ?

Do the FMB program offered by these institutes have application in small scale businesses which essentially involves retailing ,i.e, purchasing goods from a distributor and selling it to the customers. Secondaly , the training in FMB MBA program helps an individual in scaling up his business.?
