As I don't know about the other institutes that what they are providing or what sort of education system they have but for the Lovely Professional University- LPU. I can share some facts regarding it- LPU School of Journalism and Film Production organized a national conference on Contemporary Perspectives in Design and Creative Arts' (CPDCA 2018) to have a holistic understanding of issues relating to space, forms, frugality, sustainability and functionality in design and creative arts. The conferences provides a platform for scholars and professionals to share and discuss the innovations and development in the field of design and creative arts. The course of media study is quite good at CU. You will get bundle of exposures. Talking about infrastructure - highly impressive and well maintained by management. Course is quite extensive with more focus in practical exposure. Well-equipped labs and classrooms.
