Talking about the food here at the International institute of hotel management, Bangalore (IIHM-B), the mess of the IIHM, Bangalore is run by the committee which is completely governed by the students only. Students decides the menu & they also make sure that the food which is being provided by the mess is of good quality and are nutritious. Here they provides cuisines from the different states of India because the students coming here belongs to the variety of states from India.
