The MET rank is derived from a candidate's performance on the Manipal Entrance Test MET a thorough assessment intended to measure a student's proficiency in diverse subjects such as Physics Chemistry Mathematics, Biology and General English . The MET rank is incredibly important as it is a key factor in determining a candidate's eligibility for admission to a variety of undergraduate and postgraduate programs at the Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE). A higher MET rank increases the likelihood of gaining acceptance into the desired programme.
