How is the PGDM program from HR perspective? Can you tell me the CTC for HR placements?

Hi Ravindra, PGDM at IMT Hyderabad with HR is a good choice to consider. All the students with HR specialization are placed in 2015-2017 batch. Though CTC is not calculated on specialization basis, the average CTC of the whole batch is Rs 6.66 lakhs. Please have a look at the whole placement report

IMT has a focus on finance and marketing when it comes to PGDM program. The number of their total students enrolled for the HR program is not even 1%. Although they have good placement percentage at 94% and packages averaging at Rs 7 lakhs, HR placements remain questionable.
