How is the placement and average package offered by LPU for B.Tech in civil?

University has tie-ups with more then 600 companies. University holds very good rank in placements. University provide good placements to their students in this pandemic also.

Considering the civil engineering placements, it creates Skilled Professionals that are Recruit-Able much before they Graduate. Two Civil Engineering Students, Gourvind Singh, and Prince Raj, got placed in one of the Fortune 500 companies TRIDENT with packages of INR 15.0 LPA. A B.Tech. Civil Engineering Student Owais Khan got placed in Dharam Consulting with INR 4.5 LPA package. A Civil Engineering Student Sandeep Saini got placed in OYO rooms with INR 4.0 LPA package. Some of the other companies visited are ICONMA, DHARAM CONSULTING, TECHNOVERT, BERGER PAINTS, MEDTRAIL and lot more.

With Quality of Education, Placements in LPU is also amazing, with the top brand in the world coming for Campus Recruitment provides great opportunities to its students and because of its #ThinkBig concept and various innovations in curriculum, the university is standing tall and proud with various other very old and renowned institutions in terms of rankings and accreditation. As per their Statistics, 800+ Recruiters have hired LPU students, Rs 42 Lac the highest Salary package availed with 250+ Companies offering Dream Packages with 110+ Recruiters of IITs/Iims/NITs also hire from LPU along with this Rs 80k the highest Internship Stipend per month was offered. Global tie-ups and MOU with top foreign universities for scope of foreign studies and foreign placement. The only university in INDIA to be visited by the PRESIDENT OF INDIA, PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA, VICE PRESIDENT OF INDIA, FINANCE MINISTER OF INDIA, MAURITIUS PRESIDENT, THE DALAI LAMA, etc. And so on, these aspects really combine to create a strong profile of the students to get placed. LPU gives you better facility, teaches you by performing practical. They provide you lab named, Unilab mechanical testing of building and development material. They also have a NABL-accredited lab for mechanical testing of building materials which makes LPU the only private university in India and the first university in Punjab to receive this certification. Now, if we talk about the placement of civil engineering students, LPU is good. You will get a chance to work on the Capstone project. Most of the big multinational corporations hire students from LPU. Highly qualified faculty offers many specializations are provided by the civil department. Every year more than 90% of students are placed for the civil branch in many MNCs The ranking of LPU in engineering is 66. The companies that have recruited LPU students include giants like Larsen & Toubro Ltd, Simplex Infrastructure Pvt Ltd. , Gammon India, National Highway Authority of India, HCC, Shapoorji & Pallonji, DLF Homes, RITES Ltd. , NCC, SAIL, DMRC BHEL, etc. The highest package offered was 31 LPA (Code Nation) and the average salary was 4.2 LPA. As per my knowledge and findings from few of my known in LPU, Lovely Professional University is the best place for B.Tech civil engineering. An Engineering programme that seamlessly articulates the concepts from basic Science to technology with relevant practice through lab and projects for building the problem-solving skills, keeping industry requirements in place for Design, Manufacturing, Thermal, etc. Specialisation. LPU is renowned in teaching, placements, infrastructure, and other facilities too. Some of the major points to be considered are: 1. LPU has 600+ acres of campus in Punjab and more than 25000+ students study there among many countries. 2. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campus. You don't need to go outside in case of any need such as food, hospital, indoor/Outdoor sports stadium, etc. 3. Highly qualified faculty. Many specializations are provided by the CSE department such as AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. 4.
