Chandigarh University is considered as one of the best private universities in north India for placements with the highest package of 27.3 lacs and an average package of 5 lacs per annum.

Hi,
Most of the companies visiting CU for campus placements are IT companies. So CSE students get a lot of opportunities for getting placed. You will get chance to be in one of the top MNCs. Top companies like Microsoft, Amazon, Flipkart, Google also visits the campus for placements. You will get ample chances and it is up to you to grab the best of those. And about the average package, most of the IT companies (mass recruiters) give 3-4 LPA package for freshers. So as such the average package is around 3-4 LPA. But if you have the best skills and if you prove yourself worth then you can easily get a higher package.
