    The placement facility at St. Xavier's College is hard to judge due to a lack of placement data for recent years. The data from before this shows that themedian package stood atINR 5.5 LPA in 2021 with 523 students receiving placements out of the 2085 graduating students.     In St. Xavier's College Kolkata, 2310 students were admitted in year 2016-17, out of which 1740 graduated in 2018-19. From this, 505 qualified students got placed with a median salary of INR 550000 and 1211 students got selected for higher studies. In year 2017-18, 2170 students were admitted, out of which 1622 graduated in 2019-20.
