How is the placement for aerospace engineering in your college? Can u please tell me the company to which your senior got placement in aero

On campus recruitment for Aerospace engineering graduates from Amrita are very limited as the number of core companies visiting for the same are very few (eg. Goodrich Aerospace, Honeywell, Saffran). Also, the department of Aerospace engineering is a relatively new one. However, the department is an ideal place for tutoring students for higher education via GATE. In the last two years the department has got 13 ranks in the top 50 ranks across India. Therefore, on the whole, the placements are not very bright, but the department is an ideal place for gaining knowledge and an ideal launch pad for higher learning and research.

Eligibility Details :Pass with 60% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with Physics, Mathematics and English) or equivalent, subject to qualifying LPUNEST & For a candidate, who has not studied English as a subject, the condition of English may be waived off provided the candidate in his qualifying exam has studied in English medium.(5% relaxation to North East states and Sikkim candidates/ Defence Personnel and their Dependents/ Wards of Kashmiri Migrants).The programme comes with engineering minors: 1. AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE 2. SPACE ENGINEERING and pathway electives: 3.
