How is the placement for ICE branch at NSUT?

    The placements for ICE branch is much better than Mechanical. Now as you are comparing ICE and Mechanical so I assume that you have not collected much knowledge about the two branches because the two are entirely different. Now I compare only placement scenario in both branches and I assume you to be wise enough to figure out which branch you should choose keeping other things clear in mind. So ICE is one of the oldest branch of NSUT while mechanical branch is merely 56 years old. The quality of labs, faculty is undoubtedly not as good as ICE is.     Placement:
    The college has a 100 percent placement record. The highest package offered is INR 1.25 Crore per annum, the lowest package is INR 4 LPA, and the average package is around INR 12 LPA to INR15 LPA. The top recruiter companies like Samsung, Semiconductor, Goldman Sachs, Facebook, Amazon, Google, D. E. Shaw, Microsoft, and many more visit the college for placements. However, About 30 percent of candidates got internships. But the internships for branches like Computer Science and Engineering, Information Technology, etc. , is more than 80 percent.
