    HR is slightly hard to get placements (especially in big companies) as they might want experienced candidates, but you can definitely get admission in the smaller ones.

    IILM has almost completed 27 years in the PGDM program. The placement cell is networked with more than 400 companies.The placement cell assists students for preparing themselves for the placement process and has maintained an excellent placement record as well.And for students they would be successful.The main focus is on students for preparing them for achieving their career goals.
    Placement in HR-It mainly depends on the type of HR Profile whether it is HR Generalist or Talent Acquisition,the salary package varies between 5 Lakh to 12 Lakh and above.In HR the maximum average package goes up to 10 Lakhs.
