Chemical is one of the best branches in BIT-Mesra. With 100% placement record, every year chemical branch produces more than one PPO. Hi there, This year's placement in chemical engineering has been good. As many of them were placed in reputed companies like ZS associates, EXL, PWC, etc. They have even offered an appreciable payscale with an average of 4-5 lacs.

In 2017-18, the average package for students of BE Chemical was 6.77 and the maximum was 10.11. Companies like Vedanta, Byju's, Tata Steel, Axis Bank, etc. Visited the campus for placements.
