How is the placement in RIIM Pune?

Hi Ayesha Speaking about the RIIm college placement it is the best part about the college as they have the two placement head in there campus as generally every college has one but RIIM has two placements head and coordinators also they have the best placement record maintain as if now from past so many years with average placement of 5.5 lacks to 7.5 lacks and there the highest package starts with 14.5 lacks and the offered package to student is till 17 lacks also there placement are centralised as they make every students to get the equals opportunity to sit for the company if they are getting qualified also they are making students to get prepared for there placement through different mock interview rounds and also by so many training classes.

RIIM PUNE is a well known institute for MBA/PGDM not just for their knowledge oriented courses but also for their excellent placements decorated with some top notch recruiters like JK TYRE, Capgemini, Northern Trust, Delloite, BNY MELLON, CCD, Khadim's, HDFC, Federal Bank, Axis Bank, Merkle Sokrati, etc. , The faculty members gives personal attention to each and every student. They have a best placement team. RIIM PUNE is good among all the institute. They have a dedicated placement team for placement assistance. There are hundred + guest lectures, 16 to 18 industrial visits, corporate conclaves, outbound tours are provided. RIIM Pune Employability programme provides students with the skills and knowledge to successful transition from institute to the work place. Most importantly they want students to try things and learn from the experience. It is a structured programme that recognizes the personal and professional development a student gains from their involvement in activities and beyond academic studies. There are lot of good colleges in Pune but if you are looking for a college with good placement record you should definitely look into RIIM Pune because college not only provides you with placement in best companies but is known for best ROI among all the colleges in Pune. Students of RIIM Pune are selected in ITC, Capgemini, Federal Bank, BNY Melon, JK Tyres, Axis Bank, HDFC Bank, Wipro, Godrej, Berger, Harman International. Jockey etc. With an average package of 6.5 lacs and the highest for the college has went up to 14 lacs. PGDM course is all about practical exposure and RIIM Pune is also known for that it not only gives you national but also International exposure with lot of certifications along with their programme.

RIIM Pune has a very nominal fee like INR 4.5 to 6 Lacs only for two-year full-time MBA programme where ABBS Bangalore charges 7-8 Lacs for MBA programme. There is a huge of difference of fees between both colleges, RIIM Pune is very affordable for every candidate parents. Both colleges are good but in terms of ROI (Return on Investments) RIIM Pune is far ahead from ABBS Bangalore. The grooming of the students is phenomenal & the placement is also good. They have robust plan for industry interactions and conduct mock-interviews for the students. This is a "Student Driven Institute" where we learn management not just by books but by practically organizing various events, projects, etc. And ROI is the main essence of this institute. Hi Ayesha, I was placed in CCD as a business associates position with a great package of 8.2L. I was pursuing with MBA EMP MDP programme whereas I can definitely say that return on investment to me was very high I was satisfied with my first salary and job Placement team had helped me through out the session I also had mentor assigned from day one when I booked my seat for the college who continuously guide me on how can I utilise my time and energy. Also, I would like to mention that so many of my batchmates were also placed in different MNC with good packages so don't worry about the placement they have onboard 300+ companies and 100% placement support.

RIIM Pune has an excellent placement track record, their average placements revolving around 6 to 6.5 Lacs, The highest is around 16 Lacs and the lowest is 4 Lacs. They provide the best ROI among all the colleges in Pune and are one of the top colleges in India in terms of ROI and placements. Around 200 plus Corporates come for campus interviews in RIIM Pune.
