How is the placement of B.Tech CSE?

With every business and organisation going digital, the IT sector today is a booming field as compared to other sectors and there is a huge demand of Computer Science Engineers and programmers. The demand is so high that IT companies recruit engineers not only from the Computer Science and IT branch but also from other branches like Electrical, Electronics, and Mechanical. However, engineers who have pursued CSE will have an edge over engineers from other streams because of the knowledge and skills they gather in college. There is a huge scope of placements in CSE. In fact, it has taken the top position in placements as compared to the other fields. Thapar Institute has better placement statistics and a better faculty. If you are asking for suggestion I would advice Thapar. It has just opened it B.Tech admission forms.

Being a alumni of LPU, I would say you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and has practical exposure, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. Hi, The highest Package Availed by Engineering (CSE) Student MS Tanya Arora is 42 LPA for batch 2020 by Microsoft. Students are placed in AMAZON at a package of 30.3 LPA. Rs. 24 LPA for B.Tech/M.Tech CSE by Optmyzr. Rs. 80,000 per month as the highest Internship Stipend Availed by LPU Student (Summer Internship with Microsoft). More than 650 companies visit LPU every year for recruitment with an average package of 6-10 LPA.
