Summer Internships at IIM Lucknow:
For the batch of 2022-2024 (PGP38 and ABM19), the institute completed 100% of its summer placements by securing 570 offers for a total of 566 students. ABM is a two-year Post Graduate Programme in Agribusiness Management and is a full-time residential course. The institute also saw some first-time recruiters for summer internships such as Castrol, Angel One, Sony Pictures, Loreal, and Big Basket this year. The students were placed across various sectors and roles such as in Finance, Marketing, Consulting, Information Technology & Analytics, operations, and general management with top-notch national and international organizations.
The college recorded a significant rise of about 8% in its average stipend from last year. The maximum stipend was INR 3.50 lacs per month and the average stipend was close to INR 1.41 lacs per month. Top national and international organizations have participated in the process. Final Placements:
Almost every year all the eligible students are able to secure their final placements in very few days, once the placement drive begins in various domains such as Finance, Marketing, Consulting, Information Technology & Analytics, operations, and general management at lucrative packages. For the batch of 2020-2022, the institute secured 534 offers for a total of 491 students, and the entire placement was concluded in a record duration of two days. Some of the companies conducted their process virtually due to the pandemic. The institute also saw some first-time recruiters for final placements such as IBM, Splash, TVS, and Lincoln International this year. The institute recorded a significant rise of 19.3% in its average CTC from the previous batch despite the pandemic situation. A total of 150+ reputed organizations participated in the placement process. There are two tiers for the placement process:
-Higher Entry placement process: This is for students with 12 or more months of work experience prior to their MBA program.
-Final placement process: All students can apply irrespective of their work experience.
