How is the placement of MBA HR in RIIM, Pune?

Placement scenario of RIIM is very good in comparison with other institutes. Expert faculty members are there for HR and they are very much helpful in respect of Placement. The Placement department of RIIM is very much dedicated. All the members of Placement Deptt. are having good contacts and for this reason all the reputed companies visit RIIM for Recruitment Process. Apart from this RIIM is providing good domain knowledge and practical exposure equally to their students and so the students become very much confident and compatible to enter in the corporate world. The average salary package of RIIM is 5.5-6.5 LPA and maximum 13-14 LPA. So for MBA HR, RIIM will be the best choice in respect of all the fields.

I visited RIIM Pune in month of January. The placement team of RIIM Pune is strong as they have good network in corporate and also they have specialisation and focus certifications in HR like Basic transactional analyst, certified recruiter, training and development, SAP HRM, Business analysts which is very helpful during the placement time.

Replacement of RIIM Pune is very good. Companies like Capgemini, Thermax, Tata Technologies, Wipro, Rebel Foods, Place USA, Fareportal, ZS Associates, KPIT, Fareportal, NoBrokers, etc. Visits the campus. Approximate 200 + companies visit RIIM Pune in one year. The minimum package of RIIM Pune is 4.5 lacs and average package goes around 6.5 to 7.5 and the highest package is approximate 14 lacs. Therefore return investment of this college is very good.
