UEM, Kolkata has an impeccable placements record. The students of the institute have got the highest package of 15.5 LPA. In the year 2018, 4 of its students got 4 job offers, 14 of its students were offered 3 job offers each, 48 of its students received 2 job offers and all the other students got atleast one job offer. The Institute also organizes programs like Soft Skill Development Program [SSDP] and Higher Career Training Program [HCTP]. Pre-placement talks are arranged to guide the students for the upcoming recruitments.
