Placements at NIA are done on the basis of the specialised PGDM course in Insurance, However you have the choices of electives from fin/mktng/hr/it subjects, PLACEMENT RECORD WAS ALWAYS 100% SINCE INCEPTION, and college provide full assistance in the placement process.
