How is the placement record for the freshers with no job experience?

The placements are pretty decent for freshers. On an average, they get around 5-7 LPA depending on the job role and stream.
Do not expect more unless it is a really big brand and you really ace the interview. -
The placements for freshers are decent enough with respect to marketing and finance. The companies are relatively less for HR and operations recruitment. The average CTC is around 6.5 LPA. -
This year placement is going well and average salary may be higher than last year's average salary.
The salary ranges between 6-7 lacs per annum overall.
Exp salary is higher than average salary of freshers in most of the places.
