How is the placement record for the freshers with no job experience?

    The placements are pretty decent for freshers. On an average, they get around 5-7 LPA depending on the job role and stream.
    Do not expect more unless it is a really big brand and you really ace the interview.

    The placements for freshers are decent enough with respect to marketing and finance. The companies are relatively less for HR and operations recruitment. The average CTC is around 6.5 LPA.

    This year placement is going well and average salary may be higher than last year's average salary.
    The salary ranges between 6-7 lacs per annum overall.
    Exp salary is higher than average salary of freshers in most of the places.
