It is good placements record in MBA HR. XLRI promotes diversity and freshers are given equal opportunities as compared to a person having work experience. So don't worry about that. Not having work experience would not give you any demerit point. Just make sure that you are clear as to why you want to go for HRM. Thank you. -

The quality of MBA (HR) placements directly depends upon from which college one has pursued it. Colleges like XLRI, SCMHRD, TISS are renowned for their HR jobs and packages. Check their placement reports for more details. -
If we compare it with other departments, it has less vacancies, because nowadays companies are mainly focusing on sales and marketing at least 90 percent for sales and marketing and in terms of package HR people also get good salary but you have to give your full effort in your college if HR placement will happen in your college.
