How is the placement record of MBA in finance at UPES?

Hi, See, the placement records are different for every year However, the 1st batch of finance graduated this year. The packages were decent.

If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. LPU provides different classes for placements which helps in grooming. Students are trained in Aptitude, Reasoning, free preparation for government Exams, Soft Skills and language training, Interview skills right from the 1st year, continuously for 2/3/4 ( duration of course) years till they get the job. Dear Harshita, I don't know the placement record of an MBA in finance at UPES but being alumni of LPU. I will tell you about the placement record for an MBA degree programme at LPU. I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect to polish your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. The package depends on what the student can show to the recruiters that, how much he is worth or deserves. There were some students who cracked the placement and got offered 21 LPA, while many failed to do so. On average, the MBA students of LPU are offered and placed in the starting package of 4.5 TO 6 LPA (Fixed salary) while there may be cases of students getting less than that or more than that. Every year around 100-150 companies visit LPU to recruit MBAs. Among the companies are some big names like Amazon, Flipkart, Moody Analytics, ICICI, HDFC, AXIS, FEDERAL BANK, WNS GLOBAL, ITC, 99 Acres, COLGATE, ASIAN PAINTS, BERGER, NERO LAC, CAVIN CARE, etc. , from all domains visit LPU to recruit the students and these are good companies. I am not quite aware of the placement record of an MBA in finance at UPES but as per my experience, MBA at LPU offers an optimum blend of theory and practice to provides a solid foundation in general business management with specializations in the area of choice. UPES is a very good college in terms of placements. Some recruiters who place the UPES students are Wipro, Infosys, tech Mahindra, etc. From my side I will give thumbs up to the placement as I have heard as well as check on the NET to verify. It has no doubts that placement in MBA finance is good. If you have doubts regarding the UPES campus then I will suggest you to go for it. The course curriculum is also very good.
