How is the placement, recruitment process conducted and what is required to be selected in campus interview?

Campus placements are organized by the college or university itself. Basically, you have to do some formalities like filling out the placement forms and other things while some other colleges have made it compulsory to appear in these activities. After this, there are the following phases in most the companies which are described below- Written test Essay writing (it does not count in your scores) Technical test or technical interview Hr round.
