It would be a good choice to opt for Lovely Professional University as in the present scenario this is the university which caters to the all-round development of its students and nurtures it with care to boost the career to a pinnacle of ultimate success which might be the envy of many. LPU has made a name for itself in the last few years. This is one of the major reasons for it to have decent placements. The college has earned its credibility in the past years. Although, the final decision depends on the students own potential and credibility, the college facilitates the students with a large number of placement opportunities. There are a very large number of companies that turn up for the placements at LPU, out of which are the MNC giants such as Google, Amazon, Microsoft, Cognizant, IBM, Honda, Voltas International, Daikin Air Conditioners, Ashok Leyland, Mahindra and Mahindra, TVS Motor Company Ltd. , Bosch and Siemens, Forbes Marshall Pvt. Ltd. Rockman Industries, Godrej Consumer Products etc. Many of the LPU students have been successful in cracking placement opportunities with core engineering profiles from the industry giants mentioned above. LPU offers Professional Enhancement Programme so that students attain skills necessary for the job in the relevant field. At the same time, the varsity conducts mock placement drives to build self-confidence in students. LPU has a separate placement committee for each stream such as engineering, architecture, management, arts, sciences etc. One of my cousins who were studying at LPU received a good package of about 12 Lacs as his CTC. Lovely Professional University has been the university that has outperformed most of its competition. Be it academics, sports or cultural activities, the university boasts a number of accolades to prove its credibility. This is one of the reasons that contribute to making it one of the fastest-growing universities in India. Students here are groomed to be better-skilled individuals than merely engineering students (or any subject student for that matter). My cousin Brother has done B.Tech ECE from Lovely Professional University so I have idea about this University. He got placed in Hewlett Packard Enterprise with decent package. Also, in my view, I think you should not worry about the placements. If you work hard in the course and learn as much as you can, any company visiting the campus would be happy to hire you. However, you must not neglect polishing your communication skills as well, because companies will check that in their interviews. LPU provides plenty of opportunities to its students to take part in events, competitions, fests in order to let them grow their personality and give them a chance to polish their skills. PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering:Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning)Quantitative Aptitude Skills. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students.
