Placement is nearly 100% for CSE and IT department in IEM. The other branches like mechanical, ECE, and EEE also have good placement. Overall, the placement record is better than many colleges in West Bengal. TCS, Wipro, and Infosys are the mass recruiters on the campus. Adobe hired a girl at 44 lacs per annum as the salary this year.

We have a record of 100 % placement in our college. Eminent companies like TCS, CTS, Wipro, Infosys, Sankalp Semi-conductors come to our college for campussing.

Institute of engineering and management salt lake has very good Placement specially in Computer science engineering and IT. But it's strict rules and regulations can frustrate you.
