How is the quality of education in canada as compared to US and UK. And how are the job opportunities as compared to UK and US after MS ?

I am a ETRX engineer with 1.5 yrs exp. in IT ( Siebel CRM) and I am planning to do MS in telecommunication in Canada. Please let me the the job scenario there after completion of MS. Also the education quality there as compared to US and UK.
