<p>Students from Tamil Nadu residing in the hostel mess of Jaya College of Arts and Science have expressed that they are served fairly good quality food with a combination of vegetarian and non-vegetarian foods, it is said. In most cases, students considered the food to be hygienically acceptable standard as well as the quality of the food. Food is provided thrice a day and the charges for mess are around Rs 30000 monthly. The sample collected from students shows that 75% of the student is satisfied with their meals</p>

College plans to provide for a homestyle cooking experience wherein the nutritional needs of the students are met. Some of the minor reviews state that their food is not really up to par and would rate it only average, but overall feedback ensures that a positive dining experience for students helps in making the hostel a comfortable living space.</p>
