How is the quality of food in the hostel mess of Prakasam Engineering College?

<p>Many believe that the food served in the hostel mess at Prakasam Engineering College (PEC) is above average, but other reviews have pointed out that the quality of food particularly when considering variety and taste is lacking. The mess mainly serves plain vegetarian food with the provision of rice, dal, curries, and chapatis. Students have pointed out that the meals they serve are healthy and balanced, sufficient for the entire range of students, but sometimes the compositions tend to be monotonous. A good number of the students who assessed the mess did not consider this point as well, noting however that some such students seemed to complain that the food was not well spiced up, or such students who also had other continental food.
