How is the reputation of correspondence PGDBA programme amongst the employers?
I have done my GDBA...and wish to go for PGDBA or any other post graduation in Distance Learning. Is Distance Learning is considered by employers...which one I should do..I am more interested in management. Please advise.

Advisable is that you should opt for a full time MBA/PGDM through a decent B-School but as you have Graduate Diploma in Business Administration which I am doubtful is not equivalent to Graduation degree program you have to opt for Distance learning programs. As far as its industry recogni

Distance Learning is definitely considered by employers. Employers do appreciate the fact, that you are willing to put in, that extra, to grow in the organization. You can look at SYMBIOSIS (PUNE) or IGNOU .
