Both are very good options. But in terms of placement infrastructure, internship etc. IIT Ropar is the best option. IIT Gandhinagar:
1. Average package is around 17 Lacs, but it varies every year. And the college fees is worth it. Because the campus and hostel are very clean. And the highlight is IITGN is rated India's first 5-star GRIHA LD (Green) campus for minimizing the negative impact on the environment. Excellent hostel facilities with air conditioner and furnished room etc.
