How is the scope after BCA? Will it be a better choice if I pursue MCA after it?

BCA is a job oriented graduation degree. Graduates can get developers and tester role in small and medium sized IT companies. Large IT companies hire BCA graduates for Application Support roles. For long term career growth, MCA is must so that you can work in large IT companies and MNCs.
