How is the seat allotment done in UPTAC counselling?

UPTAC seat allotment for BTech admission is done based on JEE Main 2025 ranks and the choices filled by the candidates in the UPTAC choice filling rounds. The candidates will be allotted seats based on the marks of JEE Main only. However, in the special round, for the available vacant seats, the allotments will be based on the following order and based on marks of:
- JEE (Main)-2025
- CUET UG 2025
- Intermediate (10+2)

Application forms having blurred photographs are liable to be rejected. Therefore candidates must be careful while uploading the scaneed images of their photo and signature in the UPTAC 2025 registration form.
No. Candidates DO NOT need to send “Confirmation Page” printed after completion and submission of online UPTAC application form to the University. However, the candidate should keep the printout of the Confirmation page for record. Candidates are also advised to note down the Application Form Number for any future correspondence.
