    The MBA programme seat allotment at IIEST Shibpur is carried out in two major steps. First, qualified candidates get shortlisted on the basis of performance in recognised entrance exams. Then, the selected candidates undergo a personal interview. Finally, the result is obtained from the score supplemented by both the entrance exam and personal interview, with due consideration of government regulations on reservation for effective seat distribution.
