As a part of the fantastic university that it is, I on a personal note believe that the kind of security AUMP provides to its students and faculty members alike, is infallible. The moment you TRY to enter the campus you would immediately find a security guard up there, asking you for your ID. Another step and you'll be asked what is it that you wish to do in the campus, meaning if you're a student or a visitor.

When it comes to security the campus has a stringent security through smart cards, biometric readers, the latest IP cameras, fire warning systems in addition to the 24-hour guards. The management facilities are at its best from the point of view of a hosteller to a day scholar.
