Minimum requirement in any entrance exam (CAT/MAT/XAT/CMAT) is 50%ile. You need to go through the selection process of IFIM. There will be a written exam which will include essay writing and post that there will be a group discussion and personal interview session on the basis of which you'll be selected. The process is pretty standard, just prepare yourself with current affairs and UG basics.
