Yes, Alliance School of Design is a constituent of Alliance University which has been recognised by the UGC and has also received an NAAC accreditation of 'A+' grade in its first assessment cycle. The university was the 1st private university in South India in Karnataka State by Act No. 34.

Yes, candidates seeking admission to the Alliance School of Design MDes course are required to appear for an interview process. At first, the admission committee screens all the applications and shortlists students who have obtained good marks in the AUMDAT. Later, these students are invited for a PI process for further evaluation. The selection of students depends on their performance in the interview process.
