Pedagogy at IITs and conventional engineering colleges differs quite a lot. Conventional Engineering colleges teachers do not have flexibility to modify syllabus and use modern teaching technologies. They focus on covering syllabus and more on remembrance of facts and examinations are subjective. Wh
