How is the weather condition in the city where LPU is located? What kind of clothes should I carry with me while joining the campus?

    Dear Sameeksha, I have completed my 2 years in LPU and also I am from Punjab, so I can give you clarity of the weather in LPU. In the month of September, October, and March, the temperature is normal and varies from 16-27 degrees centigrade. In the month of November, December, and February, the temperature is normal and varies from 3-19 degrees centigrade. It is cold in these months. In the month of April to August, the temperature is normal and varies from 20-40 degrees centigrade. It is a hot day in these months. But in LPU, you won't feel hot as the campus is green and fresh air is always there on the campus. LPU is spread over 600

The region lying near the foot hills of Himalayas receive heavy rainfall whereas the region lying at a distant from the hills, the rainfall is scanty and the temperature is high.     I can say that about the weather of Punjab Kapurthala. I have studied there and during semester time the weather will be quite nice. You will don't feel that high or low temperature but yes let me tell you what will be the scenario for the weather in both semesters.
