Hello Harsh, I am no one to compare any college, because I haven't studied there. But, the only thing I can state is, that you should preferably go to any of the 4 metropolitan cities, as the type of exposure and experience you get there will be better than any other places in India. And Delhi being the media hub for electronic media, you must have an option for it.
