HR in BIMHRD gets the most knowledgeable faculty ,who share there experience in industry. This definitely pays-off during placements. Even in this year, almost 30% of BIMHRD batch is already placed in companies like HCL, ICICI, TTL and Schindler. With an average package of 5.5 LPA

It's one one of the good college in Maharashtra for HR and have good placements as well. College tries to provide 100% placement. Average is about Rs 4-5L. But highest goes up to Rs 12L as well. So college got nice placement compared to other colleges in pune
