NIA has a good record of placements since its inception. Recruiters from Life insurance companies, Non-Life insurance companies, Brokers, Reinsurers, IT firms for insurance specialists, Risk management firms, etc., recruited students from NIA. -
All the students usually get placed during the placement process. Most of the companies that come to NIA to recruit students are insurance and broker companies. But IT and consulting companies come as well since our college offers a general management course. All the students of the 2015-2017 batch got placed with decent packages. The average package this time was Rs 7.3 LPA. Global brokers, TATA AIG, SBI General, Star Union Dai-Ichi Life, Accenture, Syntel, C2L and IFFCO TOKIO were some of the companies that recruited our students.
