PUMBA has a good set of faculties that strive hard to impart knowledge through the curriculum, great case studies and also by inviting corporates to deliver lectures on the current scenario of the business world. PUMBA has a placement cell which is completely student driven and one faculty in-charge. The placement cell works very hard all the year to get good placements for the students of PUMBA with the average package being around Rs 5-5.5 lakhs per annum.
