How is this institute in terms of placement for mechanical engineering?What is the salary offered in the same?

As far as i know, salary in mechanical is not usually very high keeping the average around Rs.5-6 lakhs a year in NITK, but percentage of placement is descent enough, that is approximately 110 students out of 140. And you gain more pay with experience. Basically a mechanical engineering pass-out won
