How is UICET in terms of placements, personality development, academics, co-curricular activities?Should i take admission there?

my AIEEE rank is 21692 & i would most probably get this college in the next round of counselling. please guide me about the college. would environment engg. or engg physics at DTU or Computer/ electronics /electrical/ mechanical engg. at NIT Srinagar be a better option? please guide. very confused
