    Both UNIVERSAL COLLEGE OF MANAGEMENT and Lexicon MILE are good but let me tell you after an MBA from Lexicon MILE you can avail numbers of jobs with higher salary packages. After this course you can apply for most reputed and respected job levels in various top companies in India or abroad. HR managers play a crucial role in any company. As they have international recruiting partners namely Accenture, Deloitte, ICICI Stock MIND, Infosys, Kotak etc.
