How long is the IAS selection process?

IAS selection process takes more than one year to complete. The official IAS notification is released in February and the final result is declared in May-June next year. The Commission conduct the exam in offline mode and the candidates are required to appear and clear all the stages of IAS selection process. IAS 2023 notification was released on February 1, 2023. There are three stages in the IAS selection process. These are
- IAS prelims
- IAS main (written)
- IAS main (personaity test)
