How long will it take to get Canadian study visa? I applied for the same in 19th June, 2017.

You haven't mentioned which course or level of study you are going for. This year there is a backlog because of high volume of applications. CIC website says at least 6 weeks for India but there is a variation depending on the region you have applied from and your course level.

I am from Bazpur, Uttrakhand. It's near Nainital and agent is also from the same town. I submitted the file in VFS, Delhi
