How long would GD-PI last at Banasthali? What are the steps to it and by what time I could be relieved?

I've been shortlisted for GD-PI for admission in MBA at Banasthali. May I know how long will this process last? What would be the steps to it & do I need to be in formals for that?by what time I could be free as the call letter says that I need to be with my parent as its my uncle's marriage on 5th.

Congratulations and all the best. The whole process will be done by you so it's your wish to take your parents with you or not. It will take one day like from morning to night. As GD-PI is divided in different slots. The last merit list of GD-pI comes at max 6:30. So many of the parents pays the fee

Thank you so much for answering. Actually, it is my uncle's marriage on 5th July. So, it is sort of impossible for any of my parent to come. Is it possible that we visit the campus and get the parental formalities done before hand?
