Always Prefer to do Professional Courses From Govt. Colleges.........Rather than Private Universities aur Colleges.......If You Want Pursue BA in Mass Communication then Delhi University( Ambedkar College , Hindu College e.t.c) or Jamia Milia Islamia is the best Universities........
